An old favourite of mine, ‘Everybody Oughta Make a Change’ was recorded by Sleepy John Estes crica 1938, famously done by Eric Clapton, and now (somewhat less auspiciously) funked up by me! This is the music I have to listen to every day, this kind of relentless, driving, earthy Blues. In songs like this, you can really hear that Gospel preaching style come through. I hope this moves you the same way it does me!
